About Lisa

Lisa has lived and worked in San Diego for almost three decades after enjoying living in multiple states.  She is a graduate of San Diego State University where she studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.  After college, she gained 12 years of corporate experience in sales, training, and IT before finding her passion in Real Estate!  This history and education has given Lisa the skills and experience necessary to become a top-ranked Realtor.  She is a Five-Star Agent on Zillow.com, is consistently recognized by her company for top performance and has been a San Diego Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence award recipient each year since 2016!  Lisa founded The Herndon Home Team in 2015 and has built an exceptional team of agents and service providers who are well respected and admired for their professionalism throughout the community.  She is also one of the very few agents in San Diego County to hold the coveted Guild Elite status within the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.

Lisa is active with the Poway Unified School District where she has served on the Foundation Board of Directors and the Facilities Advisory Committee where her expertise is sought to advise the Board in determining future facilities planning and funding.  Lisa is also involved with the Del Norte High School Athletic Foundation and is a proud Sponsor of Del Norte High School Baseball and 4S Ranch Little League.  She has also served on the Poway Real Estate Professionals Board of Directors for several years and as the President of the organization for 2 years.  Lisa has resided in 4S Ranch since 2006 and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, good wine and of course spending time with her two children.  She rarely misses one of her son’s baseball or football games and visits her daughter, who attends Colorado State University as often as she can!
