Serving the Summit, N.J. area, an upscale bedroom community for New York’s financial district, Schneider’s agency last year set a production record of $250 million. Largest sale yet: $3 million-plus. “Being a founding member of The Institute and achieving certification is a premier opportunity for us to differentiate ourselves,” says Schneider, who started her real estate career in 1962.
“We had a brainstorming session for all our agents right after the training, and we culled a lot of good ideas. One thing we’re doing is sharpening our corporate identity through a new brand recognition campaign that includes full-page newspaper ads. The training gave us tools to create customers for life, so that we’re the agent of choice as they move into luxury homes.
